If you work with P.Max campaigns, you know that success often lies in the details. Proper product segmentation, quick reactions to performance, and most importantly – as little manual work as possible.

We’ve already covered how the tool works and how to set it up properly in a previous article, which you can read HERE.
But now we’re introducing the biggest update since its launch. These improvements will not only make the tool significantly easier to use but will also boost its impact in your P.Max campaigns.
The Labelizer no longer labels products just based on settings. From now on it labels smartly. Thanks to a new system that monitors campaign performance budgets and conversions it can determine when it is the right time to relabel products and when it is better to wait.
Label only when it really makes sense
Until now you chose how often to relabel your products in the “Label update interval” setting every 7 (recommended) 14 or 30 days. While this option is still available we are now introducing a new automatic mode that makes decisions based on real-time campaign performance and data.
This option remains available but starting now we are adding a new automatic mode which is now the default for all clients.
How does it work
Our new system monitors several key indicators every day:
- Daily campaign budget It checks how much campaigns with specific labels are spending per day. If the total is more than €50 it means the campaigns are active enough and not just passively running.
- Number of conversions It tracks how many conversions these campaigns have generated. If there are more than 30 conversions in the past 7 days the products are clearly performing.
- Time since the last labeling It checks when the last labeling happened to ensure the process doesn’t run too frequently but also not too late.
What if performance is not ideal and labeling does not make sense yet?
In that case nothing happens and the system simply waits another day. However if the conditions are still not met within 30 days the relabeling will start automatically anyway. The maximum interval between labelings is always 30 days.
If you prefer not to let the system decide for you you can change this. Simply select your own labeling interval in the “override” switch:
- 7 days
- 14 days
- 30 days
Manual settings are of course your choice but unless you have a specific reason we recommend keeping automation enabled.
What does this mean for you?
You no longer need to worry about labeling products in P Max campaigns. The Labelizer decides on its own based on data performance and the logic we carefully designed and tested.
The whole process is not only automated but also intelligent. It is not just about something happening automatically but about it happening at the right time and based on real signals from your campaigns.

If you want to customize the mode or switch back to manual labeling simply use the override switch as mentioned before and choose the interval that suits you.
