- On your left, click ‘Campaigns’
- Click on the small blue ‘+’ button, then choose ‘New Campaign’
- Choose Sales as the goal for your campaign – or you can choose to create a campaign without a goal’s guidance
- Select ‘Shopping’ for ‘Campaign type’
- Select your Merchant Center account that includes the products you want to advertise with this campaign – Don’t forget to pick the country where these products are sold!

If you’ve started using Smart Shopping Ads only recently, we suggest you wait at least a month or two. It can take up to 14 days for your campaign to ramp up and collect enough data. This is called the ‘Learning phase,’ which may occur every time you create a new campaign or do some major changes to your already running campaign.
